本文主要评价蔬菜中农药残留的快速检测技术——速测卡法,该方法灵敏度高、特异性稳定、准确度较高、操作步骤简单,只需通过观察颜色变化即可对检验结果进行判定,对操作人员的能力及技术要求较低。检测卡成本较低,可以实现批量检测,在基层监管、大型农贸市场、超市、重大活动食品安全保障工作中得到了广泛应用。

This paper mainly evaluates the rapid detection technology of pesticide residues in vegetables,the rapid detection card method.This method has high sensitivity,stable specificity,high accuracy,and simple operation steps.The detection results can be judged only by observing the color change.The operator’s ability and technical requirements are low.The cost of the detection card is low,and it can realize batch testing.It has been widely used in grass-roots supervision,large-scale farmers’markets,supermarkets,and food safety assurance for major events.
