综合护理在经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗急性阑尾炎中的应用

Comprehensive nursing in transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site surgery for acute appendicitis

目的探讨在经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗急性阑尾炎中应用综合护理对患者手术相关指标、疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2019年4月—2021年4月在南阳市某医院接受经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗的120例急性阑尾炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者在围手术期采用常规护理,观察组患者在围手术期采用综合护理,比较2组患者围手术期相关指标、术后生活质量、术后疼痛、满意度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术操作时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者疼痛评分低于对照组,满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗急性阑尾炎中应用综合护理,有助于缩短手术操作时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间,减轻手术操作引发的疼痛,提高患者生活质量及满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on surgery-related indicators and pain degree in the treatment of acute appendicitis with transumbilical lapatraroendoscopic single-site surgery.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with acute appendicitis treated by transumbilical lapatraroendoscopic single-site surgery in a hospital in Nanyang City from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as participants and assigned to a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional nursing during the perioperative period,while the patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing during the perioperative period.The perioperative related indicators,postoperative quality of life,postoperative pain,satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,anal exhaust time and length of stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group,both with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing in treating acute appendicitis with transumbilical lapatraroendoscopic single-site surgery can help shorten the operation time,anal exhaust time and length of stay,reduce the pain triggered by the operation,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
