PBL教学法在消毒供应中心护生带教中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨基于问题的学习(PBL)教学法在消毒供应中心实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法将2018年1月—2020年12月于郑州市某医院消毒供应中心实习的122名护理专业学生纳入研究,根据时间先后分为对照组(55名,2018年1月—2019年7月)及观察组(67名,2019年7月—2021年1月)。对照组护生采用带教教师讲解及操作示范等方式进行带教,观察组护生采用PBL教学法进行带教,比较2组护生专业考核成绩、综合测评情况及教学满意度。结果观察组护生理论及技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生在学习态度、分析及解决问题能力、沟通及语言表达能力、学习效果等方面得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生对学习的知觉、对学术的知觉、对教学环境的知觉及对社交的知觉等方面满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PBL教学法应用于消毒供应中心实习护生带教中,有助于促进护生对理论知识及操作技能的掌握,提升综合素质,提高教学质量。 Objective To explore the effect of the problem-based learning(PBL)teaching methodology in the teaching of intern nursing students in the disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 122 intern nursing students in the disinfection supply center of a hospital in Zhengzhou from January 2018 to December 2020 were included in the study,and they were assigned to a control group(55 students,January 2018-July 2019)and an experimental group(67 participants,July 2019-January 2021),according to the timeline.Nursing students in the control group were taught by the teacher’s explanation and operation demonstration,while the nursing students in the experimental group were taught by the PBL.The nursing students in the two groups were compared in professional evaluation results,comprehensive assessment and teaching satisfaction.Results The theoretical and skill assessment scores of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in terms of learning attitude,analyzing and solving problems,communication and verbal ability,and learning effect,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing students in the experimental group in terms of learning perception,academic perception,teaching environment perception and social perception were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PBL teaching methodology in the teaching of nursing students in the disinfection supply center is conducive to promoting the nursing students’mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills,improving their comprehensive quality,and enhancing the teaching quality.
