基于模块化设计的老旧小区入口空间更新研究

Entrance Space Renovation of Old Community Based on Module Design

入口空间作为老旧小区的咽喉是社区更新以点带面的关键节点,也是城市基础设施建设和突发卫生安全事件应对的薄弱环节。该文通过实地调研、数据整理和类型提取,将南京市核心城区老旧小区入口空间总结为五种典型空间模式,结合现状特点提出以场地空间模式结合预制模块方案,作为老旧小区入口空间更新设计的方式,并以“入口健康模块”作为实践案例,探索微型预制可变模块方案在不同空间模式的老旧小区入口空间中更新设计的路径及其可行性。

The entrance space is the key part of old community systematic renovation,and also the weak link of urban infrastructure construction and emergency response to health and safety incidents.In this paper we summarize the entrance space of the old community in Nanjing into five typical modes by field research,data sorting and type extraction,then we put forward the idea of site space mode combined with p refabricated m odule p roposal a s t he w ay o f r enovation d esign o f t he e ntrance s pace o f o ld c ommunity,a nd t aking"entrance h ealth module"as a practical case,we explore the path and feasibility of micro prefabricated module scheme in the old community's entrance space renovation with different space modes.
