路城融合下动车所片区上盖开发研究--以艮山门动车所上盖开发城市设计为例

摘要 位于城市中心区的老旧动车所严重割裂城市空间、功能与景观,在其更新过程中需重点关注如何与周边城市片区进行良好对话。基于此,提出路城融合的概念,并以上盖开发作为理念实现的手段,对动车所上盖开发的规划难点进行分析,指明研究设计范围应包括上盖核心区、落地缓冲区及周边城市扩展区,并提出结合片区发展确定合理开发量、协同功能配置、缝合城市空间的应对策略。最后,以全国首个动车所上盖——艮山门动车所上盖开发城市设计为例,剖析其上盖开发面临的挑战并提出相应的设计对策,探讨如何既盘活铁路用地资源,又提升片区整体的城市品质。 The EMU depots in the city center severely separate the urban space,function and landscape.It is necessary to focus on how to have a good connection with the surrounding areas during their renewal process.Therefore,the concept of railway-city integration which is realized through upper cover development is put forward.First,after analyzing the planning difficulties of the EMU depot cover development,we point out that the areas of research and design should include the surrounding urban areas in addition to the core area of the upper cover development and the landing buffer area.Second,three strategies are proposed:the first one is to reasonably measure the amount of development based on the development of the whole urban area,the other two are the collaboration function configuration and stitching space between the EMU and the surrounding areas.Thirdly,taking the upper cover development design of Hangzhou Genshanmen EMU depot,the first case in the country,as an example,the specific challenges faced in the case are analyzed and corresponding methods are proposed in order to explore how to not only revitalize the railway land resources,but also improve the overall quality of the urban area.
