摘要
压力容器是我国石油化工产业、工业制药产业中的关键性设备,因其具备良好的储存功能,对促进压力容器的生产有着积极作用。因此安全性、稳定性等性能指标是压力容器设计及制造过程中的关键性因素,备受设计人员及企业的广泛关注。立足于压力容器的特点,对压力容器设计与制造过程中产生的应力集中问题展开分析,在现有工艺设计技术基础上,改进工艺结构以及设计方法,进一步提出了降低应力集中的有效措施。
Pressure vessel is a key equipment in China’s petrochemical industry and industrial pharmaceutical industry,because it has a good storage function,it has a positive effect on further promoting the production of pressure vessels. Therefore,performance indicators such as safety and stability are key factors in the design and manufacturing process of pressure vessels,and have attracted wide attention from relevant designers and enterprises. Based on the characteristics of the pressure vessel,this paper analyzes the stress concentration problem generated by the pressure vessel in the design and manufacturing process,and further proposes effective measures to reduce stress concentration on the basis of the existing process design technology and through the improvement of the process structure and design method.
