摘要
核电主给水止回阀要求具有快速关闭且控制水锤效应的特点。通过对国内核电领域首次用于主给水管线的轴流式止回阀进行研究,在主给水管线破裂事故下,对该阀门快速关闭引起的水锤效应进行计算流体力学(CFD)仿真分析,并通过试验进行验证。结果表明:带阻尼结构的轴流式止回阀,具有良好的防水锤效应的特性。
The main feedwater check valve in nuclear power plant is required to close fast and have low water hammer effect. In this paper,the application of nozzle check valve on main feedwater pipeline was researched for the first time in domestic nuclear power plants. The water hammer effect caused by the slamming closure of main feedwater nozzle check valve in the main feedwater line break accident is analyzed by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation and demonstrated by experiment,and the result showed that the main feedwater nozzle check valve with damper is good at controlling water hammer effect.
