Operation Optimization of Condensate Polishing System for 660 MW Thermal Power Unit

凝结水精处理系统可以改善凝结水汽水的品质,提高装置的安全性,并缩短机组的启动时间。鉴于凝结水精处理系统安全运行的重要性,对660 MW火电厂安装的粉末覆盖过滤器+高速混床的凝结水精处理系统在运行期间显现出来的问题或不足之处进行了优化,以确保电厂凝结水系统的安全运行。

Condensate polishing system can improve the quality of condensate steam water,improve the safety of the unit,and shorten the start-up time of the unit. In view of the importance of the safe operation of the condensate polishing system,this paper optimizes the problems or deficiencies of the condensate polishing system of powder covered filter + high-speed mixed bed installed in 660 MW thermal power plant,so as to ensure the safe operation of the condensate system of the power plant.
