文章梳理了上海市历版停车配建标准,总结了上海市停车发展特征,分析了现状该市停车供需情况。在此基础上,补充调查了典型住宅、医疗机构和教育机构停车需求现状,并从未来机动车停放需求预测的角度分析和解读了上海市2022版停车配建指标。

This study summarizes the previous editions of the parking configuration indicators for buildings,the development characteristics of parking in Shanghai and sorts out the supply and demand of parking resources in Shanghai.Then the status quo of the parking demand in residences,medical and educational institutions is surveyed.Finally,this study interprets the 2022 edition of the parking configuration indicators for buildings from the perspective of future parking demand prediction.
