关于“十四五”上海港口货运发展的研究

Research on the Development of Freight Transportation in Shanghai Port during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

上海是“交通强国”战略的交通强国示范区,是实施“海洋强国”战略的重要载体,是“一带一路”倡议和“长江经济带”战略的交汇点。文章围绕上海市综合交通“十四五”发展规划,研究上海港口货运及其配套运输体系发展布局,涵盖港口货运基础设施建设、港口货运功能布局调整、货运体系优化等内容,提出上海港口货运发展的对策思路,为“十四五”期间上海港口发展提供强有力的支撑。

Shanghai is a demonstration zone for the strategy of country with powerful transportation network,an important carrier for the implementation of the powering the country by sea strategy,and the intersection of the Belt and Road initiative and the Yangtze River Economic Belt strategy.Focusing on the 14th Five-Year.development plan of Shanghai comprehensive transportation,this paper studies the development layout of Shanghai port freight transportation and its supporting transportation system,covering the construction of port freight transportation infrastructure,the adjustment of port freight transportation function layout,and the optimization of freight transportation system,which will provide strong support for the development of Shanghai port during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
