摘要
目的分析糖化血红蛋白、β_(2)-微球蛋白在2型糖尿病(T2DM)检测中的临床价值。方法选择2019年1月—2021年10月间该院收治的80例T2DM患者(T2DM组)以及同时期入院的80名健康体检者(健康组)为研究对象,在两组研究对象入院后,均采集其血标本及尿液标本,统计两组的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及β_(2)-微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)水平,探讨HbA1c、β_(2)-MG在T2DM临床检测及病情防控中的价值。结果T2DM组HbA1c、β_(2)-MG水平为(7.12±0.43)%、(3.98±0.75)mg/L,均高于健康组的(3.82±0.35)%、(1.85±0.54)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=53.236、20.614,P<0.05)。T2DM组HbA1c、β_(2)-MG阳性率分别为46.25%、42.50%,均高于健康组的0.00%、1.25%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=48.130、39.826,P<0.05)。对比不同病程下T2DM组患者的HbA1c、β_(2)-MG水平可见,随着病程的延长,HbA1c、β_(2)-MG水平有明显增加,差异有统计学意义(F=220.482、65.376,P<0.05)。结论通过进行HbA1c、β_(2)-MG检测能够有助于及时评估T2DM病情进展程度,对于防控疾病进展可起到积极作用。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of glycosylated hemoglobin andβ_(2)-microglobulin in the detection of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 80 T2DM patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to October 2021(T2DM group)and 80 healthy subjects(healthy group)admitted to the hospital during the same period were selected as the research subjects.After admission,blood samples and urine samples were collected from the two groups of subjects,and the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)andβ_(2)-microglobulin(β_(2)-MG)in the two groups were counted.To explore the value of HbA1c andβ_(2)-MG in clinical detection and disease prevention and control of T2DM.Results The levels of HbA1c andβ_(2)-MG in the T2DM group were(7.12±0.43)%and(3.98±0.75)mg/L,which were higher than those in the healthy group(3.82±0.35)%and(1.85±0.54)mg/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=53.236,20.614,P<0.05).The positive rates of HbA1c andβ_(2)-MG in T2DM group were 46.25%and 42.50%,respectively,which were higher than 0.00%and 1.25%in the healthy group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=48.130,39.826,P<0.05).Comparing the HbA1c andβ_(2)-MG levels of T2DM patients under different course of disease,it could be seen that with the extension of course of disease,the level of HbA1c andβ_(2)-MG increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(F=220.482,65.376,P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of HbA1c andβ_(2)-MG can help to timely assess the degree of T2DM disease progression and play a positive role in the prevention and control of disease progression.
