和胃散痞汤对糖尿病伴胃肠植物神经病变患者血糖及胃肠功能的影响

Effects of Hewei Sanpi Decoction on Blood Glucose and Gastrointestinal Function in Diabetic Patients with Gastrointestinal Autonomic Neuropathy

目的观察和胃散痞汤对糖尿病伴胃肠植物神经病变患者血糖及胃肠道功能的影响。方法选取2019年7月—2020年6月接受治疗的122例糖尿病伴胃肠植物神经病变患者,按随机数表法分成观察组和对照组,每组61例。对照组在基础治疗的同时给予莫沙必利,观察组在对照组的基础上使用和胃散痞汤。对比两组患者的血糖、胃肠功能、治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均明显比对照组为低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的胃排空率、胃动素水平、P物质水平均较对照组为高,胆肠收缩素水平则明显较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率达95.08%,显著高于对照组的81.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论和胃散痞汤能有效改善糖尿病伴胃肠植物神经病变患者的血糖水平及胃肠道功能,增强治疗效果,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the effect of Hewei Sanpi Decoction on blood glucose and gastrointestinal function in diabetic patients with gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy.Methods A total of 122 patients with diabetes mellitus with gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy who received treatment from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was given mosapride at the same time as the basic treatment,and the observation group was given Hewei Sanpi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose,gastrointestinal function,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gastric emptying rate,motilin level and substance P level of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the level of cholecystokinin was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.08%,which was significantly higher than 81.97%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hewei Sanpi Decoction can effectively improve the blood glucose level and gastrointestinal function of patients with diabetes mellitus with gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy,and enhance the therapeutic effect,without obvious adverse reactions.
