二甲双胍治疗社区老年2型糖尿病的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Metformin in the Treatment of Elderly Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the Community

目的评价二甲双胍治疗社区老年2型糖尿病的效果。方法选择2019年10月—2021年7月该院社区卫生院就诊的老年2型糖尿病患者中抽选出94例展开系统调查,依据电脑随机分配法为原则分组,对照组(47例)予以瑞格列奈治疗,观察组(47例)接受二甲双胍治疗,评价对比两组血糖、血脂控制效果、不良反应发生率以及生活质量。结果观察组用药后的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后各方面生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的血糖、血脂水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0,05);治疗后,观察组血糖水平显著低于对照组,血脂变化效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗社区老年2型糖尿病选择二甲双胍的用药效果好,降糖、降脂作用明显,还能有效改善患者的生活水平。

Objective To evaluate the effect of metformin in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus in the community.Methods Select was from October 2019 to July 2021.94 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the community health center of the hospital were selected for a systematic investigation and grouped according to the principle of computer random allocation.The control group(47 cases)was treated with repaglinide,and the observation group(47 cases)was treated with metformin.The control effects of blood glucose and blood lipids,the incidence of adverse reactions and the quality of life were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose and blood lipid levels between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the blood glucose level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the effect of blood lipid change was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin is effective in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus in the community,with obvious hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering effects,and can effectively improve the living standard of patients.
