胰岛素泵强化降糖疗法对糖尿病合并冠心病介入治疗术后患者的应用价值分析

Application Value of Insulin Pump Intensive Hypoglycemic Therapy in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease after Interventional Therapy

目的分析胰岛素泵强化降糖疗法在糖尿病合并冠心病介入治疗术后患者中的应用效果及价值。方法选取该院2021年1—12月收治的60例行介入治疗的糖尿病合并冠心病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方案差异性原则分为对比组、研究组,各30例,对比组采用常规胰岛素注射治疗,研究组采用胰岛素泵强化降糖疗法,比较两组治疗后血糖水平、血糖波动值以及血清指标水平。结果治疗后,研究组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、全天血糖波动标准差(SDBG)、平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)、最大血糖波动幅度(LAGE)、血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血清内皮脂肪酶(EL)、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平均显著低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵强化降糖疗法在糖尿病合并冠心病介入治疗术后患者可更好控制血糖水平、血糖波动值以及hs-CRP等血清指标水平。

Objective To analyze the application effect and value of intensive insulin pump hypoglycemic therapy in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy.Methods 60 patients with diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease treated by interventional therapy in the hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research object.According to the principle of treatment scheme difference,they were divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine insulin injection,and the study group was treated with insulin pump intensive hypoglycemic therapy.The blood glucose level,blood glucose fluctuation value and serum index level of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),standard deviation of whole day blood glucose fluctuation(SDBG),mean blood glucose fluctuation(MAGE),maximum blood glucose fluctuation(lag),serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP),serum endothelial lipase(EL)and serum homocysteine(Hcy)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive hypoglycemic therapy with insulin pump can better control blood glucose level,blood glucose fluctuation value and serum index levels such as hs-CRP in patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease after interventional therapy.
