糖尿病肾病透析患者动静脉瘘的综合性护理效果探索

Exploration of Comprehensive Nursing Effect of Arteriovenous Fistula in Diabetic Nephropathy Dialysis Patients

目的分析糖尿病肾病透析患者动静脉瘘的护理效果。方法将2019年2—12月在该院接受血液透析治疗的72例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,分为常规护理组与综合干预组,常规护理组应用常规护理干预方式,综合干预组在常规护理基础上应用综合化护理,对比两组满意度评分、并发症、生活质量评分、血糖指标等。结果综合干预组满意度评分高于常规护理组,并发症发生率低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合干预组生活质量评分低于护理常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合干预组血糖指标低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病肾病透析患者动静脉瘘,应用综合性护理措施,可以提升护理质量与患者满意度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of arteriovenous fistula in diabetic nephropathy dialysis patients.Methods 72 patients with diabetic nephropathy who received hemodialysis treatment in this hospital from February to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into a routine nursing group and a comprehensive intervention group,the routine nursing group applied routine nursing intervention,and the comprehensive intervention group on the basis of routine nursing,comprehensive nursing methods were applied,and the satisfaction scores,complications,quality of life scores,and blood glucose indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction score of the comprehensive intervention group was higher than that of the routine nursing group,and the complications were lower than those of the routine nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the comprehensive intervention group was lower than that of the routine nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose index in the comprehensive intervention group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the arteriovenous fistula in diabetic nephropathy dialysis patients,the application of comprehensive nursing measures can improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
