雷珠单抗眼内注射辅助激光治疗用于糖尿病视网膜病变患者治疗中的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Intraocular Injection of Ranibizumab for Assisted Laser Therapy in the Treatment of DR Patients

目的应用雷珠单抗眼内注射辅助激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)Ⅲ期及以上伴有黄斑水肿患者,评估对患者视网膜病变的改善作用。方法选择灌南县第一人民医院眼科2019年1月—2021年2月DR患者90例,随机分为两组,每组45例患者,90只眼。对照组进行激光治疗,研究组在激光治疗前给予雷珠单抗眼内注射辅助治疗。评估两组临床疗效、视力水平、视觉功能、黄斑区视网膜厚度、视网膜出血及渗出再发生率。结果研究组患者总有效率为94.44%(85/90),高于对照组84.44%(76/90),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后视力与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗后视觉功能评分、黄斑区视网膜厚度、视网膜出血及渗出再发生率分别为(38.14±1.48)分、(264.02±22.57)μm、11.11%,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用雷珠单抗眼内注射辅助激光治疗DR患者,患者视网膜病变改善显著。

Objective Intraocular injection of ranibizumab assisted laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR) stage Ⅲ and above patients with macular edema, to evaluate the improvement of retinopathy in patients. Methods A total of 90 DR patients from the department of ophthalmology of the First People’s Hospital of Guannan County from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 90 eyes of 45 patients in each group. The control group received laser therapy, and the study group received intraocular injection of ranibizumab as adjuvant therapy before laser therapy. Evaluated the clinical efficacy, visual acuity level, visual function, macular retinal thickness, retinal hemorrhage and recurrence rate of exudation of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group was 94.44%(85/90), which was higher than the control group84.44%(76/90), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in visual acuity between the study group and the control group after treatment( P >0.05). The results of visual function score, macular retinal thickness and incidence of retinal hemorrhage in the study group after treatment were(38.14±1.48) points,(264.02±22.57) μm and 11.11%, lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Ranibizumab intraocular injection assisted laser treatment of patients with DR, the retinopathy of patients improved significantly.
