地方民办院校立德树人实施现状与路径--基于四川绵阳3所高校的调研

The Implementation Status and Path of Morality Education and Talent Cultivation in Local Private Colleges and Universities--Based on the Investigation of Mianyang

立德树人是教育本质的体现,也是我国教育事业社会主义性质的必然要求。党的十八大以来,党中央对立德树人教育理念的强调对今后社会主义人才培养工作有重要的指导意义。本研究立足绵阳市民办院校教育实践的调研,分别从教师层面和学生层面进行分析,在一定程度上把握地方民办院校开展立德树人育人机制的现状,并从顶层设计、育人体系、德育考核、资源整合等方面为地方民办院校更好落实立德树人根本任务提供有益参考。

Moral education and talent cultivation is a manifestation of the essence of education,and it is also an inevitable requirement of the socialist nature of our country’s education.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee’s emphasis on the concept of moral education and talent cultivation has important guiding significance for the future socialist talent training.This research is based on the investigation of the educational practice of private colleges and universities in Mianyang,which analyzes the levels of teachers and students respectively.To a certain extent,the study grasps the implementation status of moral education and talent cultivation in local private colleges and universities.At last,from the aspects of top-level design,education system,morality education assessment and resource integration,it provides a useful reference for local private colleges and universities in moral education and talent cultivation.
