民办高校“产教融合,协同育人”机制研究

Study on the Mechanism of“Industry-education Integration and Collaborative Education”in Private Colleges and Universities

各大院校为提高其人才培养质量,与相关企业开展一些深度合作,在产业和教育的深度合作中逐步形成了“产教融合,协同育人”机制。“产教融合”是现行高校发展变革的重要趋势,推进“产教融合”发展,需要政府搭台以及企业与高校主体性的充分发挥。公办高校与民办高校有着不同的发展基础,前期对于公办高校的“产教融合”研究俨然成了学术热点,而民办高校“产教融合”研究也不容忽视。本研究试图运用多学科方法,进行民办高校产与教一体化相关分析,探究“产教融合”的机制,为民办高校“产教融合”提供一些参考。

In order to improve the quality of their talent training,colleges and universities have carried out some in-depth cooperation with related enterprises,and gradually formed a mechanism of“integration of production and education,collaborative education”in the in-depth cooperation between industry and education.“Industry-education integration”is an important trend of the current development and reform of colleges and universities.To promote the development of“industry-education integration”,it is necessary for the government to give full play to the subjectivity of enterprises and universities.Public colleges and private colleges have different development foundations.The“industry-education integration”of public colleges and private colleges has become an academic hot spot in the early stage,and the“industry-education integration”of private colleges and universities can not be ignored.This study attempts to use multi-disciplinary methods to analyze the integration of industry and education in private colleges,explore the mechanism of“integration of industry and education”,and provide some references for private colleges and universities.
