当前高校文化扶贫存在的问题与应对策略

随着社会经济的不断发展,我国高校不仅重视物质扶贫,同时也关注文化扶贫工作。但是现如今在高校文化扶贫工作中,由于缺少足够的经验、足够的人才,且观念比较落后,导致高校文化扶贫工作难以得到有效的落实。在高校文化扶贫工作中主要是强化教育功能,充分发挥每一学科的优势,搭建不同的扶贫平台以及文化扶贫的制度建设,同时对高校文化扶贫的工作人员进行制度上的约束,从而保证高校文化扶贫工作的有效落实,提高扶贫工作的效率。

With the continuous development of social economy,colleges and universities in our country not only pay attention to material poverty alleviation,but also focus on cultural poverty alleviation.But now in the cultural poverty alleviation work in colleges and universities,due to insufficient experience and talents,and the relatively underdeveloped concept,it is difficult to effectively implement the cultural poverty alleviation work in colleges and universities.In the work of cultural poverty alleviation in colleges and universities,the main purpose is to strengthen the educational function,give full play to the advantages of each discipline,build different poverty alleviation platforms and institutional construction of cultural poverty alleviation,and at the same time impose institutional constraints on the staff of cultural poverty alleviation in colleges and universities,so as to ensure the culture of colleges and universities.The effective implementation of poverty alleviation work will improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation work.
