2021 is destined to be an eventful year in the international energy markets which are swept by remarkably rising prices of all energy products, including fossil fuels such as oil, natural gas, and coal. A global energy shortage has put the current international energy governance under serious controversy. How to restore the stable operation of international energy markets and reduce energy price fluctuations by strengthening international energy governance-that’s a question.
