宣肺降浊汤对肺胃郁热型帕金森病患者运动症状和嗅觉障碍的影响研究

Effects of Xuanfei Jiangzhuo decoction on motor symptoms and olfactory dysfunction in patients with Parkinson’s disease of type of lung and stomach heat stagnation

目的基于“肺与大肠相表里”“肺开窍于鼻”理论,观察宣肺降浊汤对肺胃郁热型帕金森病患者运动症状和嗅觉障碍的影响。方法选取2018年10月—2020年10月河北中医学院附属第一医院诊治且服用左旋多巴治疗的帕金森病患者60例,按照就诊的前后顺序,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和治疗组各30例。2组患者均继续服用左旋多巴,治疗组在此基础上予宣肺降浊方加减口服,对照组给予中药安慰剂口服,2组患者治疗周期均为4周。观察比较2组患者治疗前后帕金森病评分量表UPDRSⅢ评分、T&T嗅觉计测试评分、中医症状积分及治疗后嗅觉测试疗效、中医证候疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4周后,2组UPDRSSⅢ评分、T&T嗅觉计测试评分、中医症状积分均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),且治疗组UPDRSSⅢ评分、T&T嗅觉计测试评分、中医症状积分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗组嗅觉测试疗效总有效率为86.7%(26/30),中医证候总有效率为73.3%(22/30),对照组分别为23.3%(7/30)和23.3%(7/30),治疗组均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论宣肺降浊汤可以改善帕金森病患者的运动症状和嗅觉障碍。

Objective It is to observe the effect of Xuanfei Jiangzhuo decoction on motor symptoms and olfactory dysfunction in patients with Parkinson’s disease of type of lung-stomach heat stagnation based on the theory of“the lung and large intestine form a relationship of the exterior and interior”and“the lung has its opening in the nose”.Methods Sixty patients with Parkinson's disease who were diagnosed and treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and treated with levodopa from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected.According to the order of treatment,they were divided into the control group and the treatment group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The patients in both groups continued to be treated with levodopa.Additionally,the treatment group was given the modified Xuanfei Jiangzhuo decoction orally,while the control group was given the traditional Chinese medicine placebo orally.The treatment period of both groups was 4 weeks.The unified Parkinson’s disease rating scaleⅢ(UPDRSⅢ)score,T&T olfactometer test score,TCM symptom score before and after treatment,and the efficacy of olfactory test after treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndrome and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the UPDRSSⅢscore,T&T olfactometer test score,and TCM symptom score in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the UPDRSSⅢscore,T&T olfactometer test score,and TCM symptom score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of olfactory test in the treatment group was 86.7%(26/30),the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 73.3%(22/30),and the rates in the control group respectively were 23.3%(7/30)and 23.3%(7/30),the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuanfei Jiangzhuo Decoction can improve motor symptoms and olfactory dysfunction in patients with Parkinson’s disease.
