综合性大学《救援医学》公选课教学模式的初步探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的 结合当前国内外灾害救援形势及我国《救援医学》教育现状,研究在综合性大学开展《救援医学》教育的必要性,并对科普式教学模式的可行性及有效性进行初步探讨。方法 在我校本科生中开设《救援医学》公选课,挑选灾害救治及授课经验丰富的老师承担教学工作,制订教学大纲,采取救援医学科学普及教育、理论与实践相结合的教学模式,运用多种现代化教学手段,达到教学目标。每学期教学时长为18学时,接受学生100人。教学内容包括救援医学的发展历程、各类灾害救助特点及跟大学生密切相关的各种场景下的救援、应急救援程序的介绍。为检验教学效果,分别在课程前后进行问卷调查,了解学生学习此课程的目的、相关救援技能的掌握情况,在教学中的收获和改进意见。结果 《救援医学》课程结束时,学生对课程的满意度较高,82.05%的同学对课程内容感兴趣。通过该课程的学习,学生的知识面得到了拓展,救援医学理论及技能水平均有所提高。结论 在大学生中开展救援医学科学普及式教育,是适应国情的需要,对于增加灾害救援人才的储备、提高救援知识的公民普及具有重大的意义。该教学模式仍需在长期的教学实践中检验效果,后续可以开发模拟教学软件、线上课程资源促进教学体系的进一步成熟。 Objective To study the necessity of carrying out Rescue Medicine education in comprehensive universities based on the current situation of disaster rescue at home and abroad and the current situation of Rescue Medicine education in my country,and to make a preliminary discussion on the feasibility and effectiveness of the popular science teaching model.Methods The public elective course Rescue Medicine was set up among the undergraduates of our school.Teachers with rich experience in disaster treatment and teaching were selected to undertake the teaching work,and the teaching syllabus was formulated.Adopt the teaching mode of popularizing education in rescue medical science,combining theory and practice,and use a variety of modern teaching methods to achieve teaching goals.The teaching time per semester is 18 hours,and 100 students are accepted.The teaching content includes the development process of rescue medicine,the characteristics of various disaster rescues,and the introduction of rescue and emergency rescue procedures in various scenarios closely related to college students.In order to test the teaching effect,a questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the course to understand the purpose of the course,the mastery of the relevant rescue skills,the gains and suggestions for improvement in the teaching.Results At the end of the Rescue Medicine course,students were highly satisfied with the course,and 82.05%of the students were interested in the course content.Through the study of this course,students'knowledge has been expanded,and the theory and skills of rescue medicine have been improved.Conclusion The popularization of rescue medical science education among college students is to meet the needs of national conditions,and it is of great significance to increase the reserve of disaster rescue talents and improve the popularization of rescue knowledge among citizens.This teaching model still needs to be tested in long-term teaching practice,and simulation teaching software and online course resources can be developed in the future to promote the further maturity of the teaching system.
