全面社会健康管理背景下南京地区患者健康人文教育状态的调查分析 被引量:1

Public Health Humanities Education Status in Nanjing under the Background of Epidemic Normalization:A Cross-sectional Survey

摘要 目的 了解疫情常态化背景下江苏南京地区患者健康人文教育现状,找出当前存在的不足,为我国患者健康人文教育发展提供积极建议。方法 2020年8月-2021年6月,选取南京地区5所三甲医院,采用整群随机抽样方法,选择842名医患群体开展患者健康人文教育现状调查,使用SPSS 21.0等软件对相关数据进行描述性分析和卡方检验。结果 在重要性和概念的认知上,医患双方“非常重要”“比较重要”的选择具有统计学差异(P<0.5);在内容上,医患双方在伦理、心理、法律教育层面的认知具有统计学差异(P=0.001,P=0.002,P=0.029);在责任上,网络媒体的责任评价上医方显著高于患方,医院及医护人员的责任评价上患方显著高于医方;在途径上,医方更希望采用群体教育方式,患方对个性化教育方式更为青睐。结论 重视患者健康人文教育的多层次需求和多维度内容,加强医学教育和继续医学教育中的健康人文教育课程和培训,建立健康人文教育综合平台,拓宽健康人文教育途径。 Objective To understand the current situation of public health humanities education in Nanjing in Jiangsu Province under the background of epidemic normalization,find out the current shortcomings,and provide positive suggestions for the development of public health humanities education in China.Methods Cluster random sampling method was used to investigate the cognitive status of public health humanities education among 842 doctors and patients in 5 three tertiary hospitals in Nanjing from August 2020 to June 2021.SPSS 21.0 and other software were used to conduct descriptive analysis and chi square test on the relevant data.Results The choices of very important and more important between doctors and patients were statistically different(P<0.5)in the cognition of importance and concept;there were significant differences between doctors and patients in ethics,psychology and legal education(P=0.001,P=0.002,P=0.029)in terms of content;the responsibility evaluation of online media is significantly higher than that of patients,and the responsibility evaluation of hospitals and medical staff is significantly higher than that of doctors in terms of responsibility;doctors prefer to adopt group education,and patients prefer personalized education in the pattern.Conclusion Pay attention to the multi-level needs and the multi-dimensional content of public health humanities education,strengthen public health humanities courses and training in medical education and continuing medical education,establish a comprehensive platform and broaden the ways of public health humanities education.
