基于健康行动过程取向的护理模式对膝关节疼痛患者疾病认知及自我管理能力的影响

Effect of A Health Action Process Approach-Based Care Model on Disease Perception and Self-management Ability in Patients with Knee Pain

目的探究基于健康行动过程取向(HAPA)的护理模式对膝关节疼痛患者疾病认知及自我管理能力的影响。方法选取郑州大学第二附属医院2020年10月至2022年3月膝关节疼痛拟行手术治疗的134例患者,根据入院时间分为对照组、观察组,各67例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上,接受基于HAPA的护理模式。对比两组疾病认知度、美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、成年人健康自我管理能力测评表(AHSMSRS)评分、护理满意度。结果观察组疾病认知度较好高于对照组(P<0.05);护理1个月后观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);护理1个月后观察组HSS、AHSMSRS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于HAPA的护理模式可提高膝关节疼痛患者疾病认知,缓解患者疼痛,增强自我管理能力,改善膝关节功能,提升护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of a health action process approach(HAPA)-based model of care on disease perception and self-management ability in patients with knee pain.Methods A total of 134 patients with knee pain to be surgically treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the admission time,with 67 cases each.The control group was given conventional care,and the observation group was given HAPA-based care model on this basis.The disease awareness,America Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)knee score,visual analog scoring method(VAS)score,the rating scale of health self-management skill for adults(AHSMSRS)score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Disease awareness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after 1 month of care(P<0.05).HSS and AHSMSRS scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 1 month of care(P<0.05).Satisfaction with care in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The HAPA-based care model can improve disease awareness,relieve pain,enhance self-management,improve knee function,and enhance nursing satisfaction in patients with knee pain.
