我院营养药物管理和营养支持药学服务模式的构建与实践

Construction and practice of nutrition drug management and nutritional support pharmacy service mode in our hospital

营养支持治疗在近30年内得到快速发展,但因不少医护人员对营养制剂的使用原则及其方法认识不足,导致肠内外营养制剂的安全、合理用药问题日益凸显。我们基于营养制剂使用调查结果,成立营养药物管理小组,从营养制剂管理、评价和合理使用培训,营养制剂使用会诊、用药提示和处方审核,营养制剂调剂与临床使用,营养制剂使用监测分析、点评、反馈和临床药学服务,营养药学研究转化服务这5个方面开展营养支持治疗的药学服务和研究转化,弱化营养支持治疗分类,强化营养制剂使用合理性的管理,不仅促进了临床营养药学学科的发展,而且保证了营养制剂使用规范并提升了营养支持治疗效果。

Nutrition support therapy has rapidly developed in the past 30 years,however,the problem of safe and rational use of parenteral and parenteral nutritional preparations has become increasingly prominent due to the lack of understanding of the principles and methods of nutritional preparations by many medical staff.A nutritional preparations management team was established based on the investigation on the usage of nutritional preparations and pharmacy services and research transformation for nutritional support therapy were implemented from 5 aspects,including the management,evaluation of nutritional preparation and training for its rational use,the consultation,medication reminders,prescription review for its use,the preparation adjustment and clinical use,the monitoring,analysis,reviews and feedback for its use and clinical pharmacy services and nutritional pharmacy research transformation service.Not only can the development of clinical nutritional pharmacy be promoted,but also the standard use of nutritional preparations can be ensured and the effect of nutritional support treatment can be improved by weakening its classification and strengthening the rational management of the use of nutritional preparations.
