地黄益智方联合腹针“引气归元”组穴治疗VaMCI的临床研究

Clinical study on Dihuang Yizhi formula combined with abdominal acupuncture“air entraining Guiyuan”in the treatment of vascular mild cognitive impairment

目的:观察地黄益智方联合腹针“引气归元”组穴治疗肾精亏虚型血管性轻度认知障碍(VaMCI)的临床疗效。方法:将患者随机分为中药对照组(地黄益智方治疗)34例,腹针对照组(腹针“引气归元”组穴治疗)35例、治疗组(中药联合腹针治疗)35例,疗程均为3个月,随访6个月。观察3组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分及中医证候量表评分变化情况。结果:随访6个月,治疗组MoCA评分高于两对照组;MMSE评分高于腹针对照组;中医症候量表评分低于两对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:地黄益智方联合腹针“引气归元”组穴治疗可改善肾精亏虚型VaMCI患者的认知功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Dihuang Yizhi formula combined with abdominal acupuncture“air entraining Guiyuan”in the treatment of vascular mild cognitive impairment(VaMCI)with kidney-essence deficiency syndrome.Methods:Patients were randomly divided into a formula-control group(34 cases,treated with Dihuang Yizhi formula),an abdominal acupuncture-control group(35 cases,treated with abdominal acupuncture“air entraining Guiyuan”)and a treatment group(35 cases,treated with Dihuang Yizhi formula combined with abdominal acupuncture“air entraining Guiyuan”).The treatment was lasted for 3 months,all cases were followed up for 6 months and the Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)scale,mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scale and TCM syndrome score were compared among the three groups.Results:After 6 month’s follow-up,the score of MoCA was higher,and the score of TCM syndrome was lower in the treatment group than the two control groups,and the score of MMSE was higher in the treatment group than the abdominal acupuncture-control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Dihuang Yizhi formula combined with abdominal acupuncture“air entraining Guiyuan”can improve the cognitive function in patients with VaMCI and kidney-essence deficiency.
