小骨窗手术对高血压脑出血患者疗效及预后观察

Efficacy of small bone-window craniotomy in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and its prognosis

目的:观察分析小骨窗手术对高血压脑出血患者治疗效果及预后的影响。方法:将66名高血压脑出血患者随机分为对照组和观察组各33例,对照组采取传统手术治疗,观察组采取小骨窗手术治疗。观察二组治疗效果、并发症及致残发生等情况。结果:观察组术后并发症发生比例、致残比例、日常生活能力量表评分、临床神经功能缺损评分低于对照组;平均出院时间短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:小骨窗手术对高血压脑出血患者治疗效果较好,术后并发症及致残发生较传统手术低,值得临床进一步试验。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of small bone-window craniotomy in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and its prognosis.Methods:Sixty-six patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 33 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional surgery,while the observation group was treated with small bone-window craniotomy.The therapeutic effect,complications and incidence of disability in the two groups were observed.Results:The ratio of postoperative complications and incidence of disability,the scores of activities of daily living and clinical neurological deficit were lower and the average discharge time was shorter in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The small bone-window craniotomy has a better therapeutic effect on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and the incidence of postoperative complications and disability is lower than that of traditional surgery and is worthy of further clinical trial.
