摘要 近年来,医疗器械行业迅猛发展,大量便携智能的家用医疗器械走进了千家万户。然而,宣传乱象也日益凸显。本文主要介绍了上海市医疗器械广告的审查现状。随着多项法律法规的出台,广告申报量呈现连年攀升的态势;对广告审查中的常见问题,从广告内容和广告申报两个方面进行了详细阐述。另外,本文还从重视广告宣传导向、优化审查模式、加强与广告监管的协调、建立专业的广告审查队伍等4个角度提出了对未来广告审查工作的建议和展望。 In recent years,the medical device industry has rapidly developed and a large number of portable and intelligent home medical devices have entered millions of households.However,the publicity chaos has become increasingly prominent.This article introduces the current situation of medical device advertising review in Shanghai.With the promulgation of many laws and regulations,the advertisement declaration volume has risen year after year.The common problems in advertising review are discussed in detail in terms of advertisement content and declaration.In addition,some suggestions and prospects for the future advertising review are also proposed from four aspects:attaching importance to advertisement publicity,optimizing the review mode,strengthening the coordination with advertising supervision and establishing professional advertising review teams.
