摘要
针对新能源汽车传动系统机械结构的特点,设计了一种机械AMT变速箱智能控制系统。系统的硬件部分由TCU模块、CAN总线通信模块、传感器模块、电源模块和电磁阀驱动模块构成,各模块之间通过CAN局域通信网络连接,并基于XC2255型芯片进行多帧数据转换;给出了系统软件部分的主控制流程,在选换挡控制中引入线性二次型最优控制方法保持电枢回路和电机转矩的平衡。仿真结果显示,该控制系统换挡执行电机的电流、电压输出平稳未出现异常波动,降挡响应更迅速。
According to the characteristics of the mechanical structure of the transmission system of new energy vehicles,it designs an intelligent control system of AMT transmission with mechanical electronic control.The hardware part of the system is composed of TCU module,can bus communication module,sensor module,power supply module and solenoid valve drive module.Each module is connected through can local communication network,and multi frame data conversion is carried out based on XC2255 chip.The main control flow of the system software is given,and the linear quadratic optimal control method is introduced into the shift control to keep the balance between the armature circuit and the motor torque.The simulation results show that the current and voltage output of the proposed control system is stable,there is no abnormal fluctuation,and the downshift response is faster.
