摘要
考察了微米级碳酸钙对乙丙无规共聚聚丙烯物理性能、结晶性能及熔融性能的影响。结果表明:当乙丙无规共聚PP中分别添加质量分数为1%,2%的微米级碳酸钙时,其熔体流动速率、弯曲性能、维卡软化温度变化较小,冲击强度下降,拉伸性能明显提高,结晶度和晶型影响很小;当碳酸钙添加质量分数为2%时,其结晶峰温度由108.3℃升至111.9℃,结晶起始温度由112.7℃升至118.2℃,熔融焓由87.8 J/g降至78.3 J/g。
The effects of micron-sized calcium carbonate on physical properties,crystallization and melting properties of ethylene-propylene random copolymer polypropylene were investigated.The results showed that the melt flow rate,flexural properties and Vicat softening temperature of the ethylene-propylene random copolymer polypropylene had little change;the impact strength had decreased and the tensile properties had increased significantly;the crystallinity and crystal form had insignificant change when the mass fraction of micron-sized calcium carbonate was 1%and 2%.When the mass fraction of calcium carbonate was 2%,the peak temperature of crystallization had increased from 108.3℃to 111.9℃,the crystallization onset temperature had increased from 112.7℃to 118.2℃,and the melting enthalpy had decreased from 87.8 J/g to 78.3 J/g.
