System Arrangement and Model Innovation of Telemedicine Service in Specific Geographical Environment

中国地形复杂,海陆兼备,这样的地理特征一方面提供了丰富的资源,另一方面也导致了经济社会发展不平衡、医疗资源分布不均等问题。在山区、海岛等一些特殊地理环境下,常常存在人口密度低、交通不便、医疗资源可及性较差的问题。远程医疗协作网是由牵头单位与基层、偏远和欠发达地区医疗机构建立远程医疗服务网络。文章对远程医疗服务在特定地理环境下的体系安排与模式创新进行探讨,提出特殊地理环境远程医疗协作网建设的建议。

China has a complex terrain with both land and sea.On one hand,the Chinese geographical feature provides abundant resources.On the other hand,it also leads to problems such as unbalanced economic and social development and uneven distribution of medical resources.In some special geographical environments such as mountainous areas and islands,there are problems of low population density,inconvenient transportation,and poor access to medical resources.The telemedicine collaboration network is a telemedicine service network established by the leading unit and medical institutions in grass-roots,remote and underdeveloped areas.It discusses the system arrangement and model innovation of telemedicine services in specific geographical environments,and puts forward suggestions for the construction of telemedicine collaboration networks in a special geographical environment.
