日间手术专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建

Construction of Evaluation Index System for Core Competency of Day Surgery Specialist Nurses

目的加强与规范日间手术专业护理团队的选拔、培养与评价,以适应日间手术的快速发展。方法在临床实践、文献研究及理论分析基础上,初步建立指标池,运用德尔菲法对22名专家进行两轮函询,对指标进行筛选、修订,确定指标体系。结果两轮函询专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数0.87%,第二轮专家意见协调程度系数为0.336(P<0.001),建立了包括专业素养与品质、专业护理能力、健康教育能力、安全管理能力、科学思维能力、沟通协调能力、专业发展能力7个一级指标、26个二级指标。结论日间手术专科护士核心能力培养将对医疗资源的协调、良好医患关系的建立、患者安全及快速康复的促进等方面起到重要作用。

Objective In order to better adapt to the rapid development of day surgery,to provide basis for the selection,training and evaluation of professional nursing team.Methods Based on clinical practice,literature research and theoretical analysis,a preliminary evaluation index was established.Delphi expert correspondence method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence with 22 experts in 6 fields,revised the indicators and determine the index system.Results The positive coefficient of experts in these two rounds of correspondence was 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.87%,and the coordination degree coefficient of expert opinions in the second round was 0.336(P<0.001).The 7 primary indexes(including professional quality and quality,professional nursing ability,health education ability,safety management ability,scientific thinking ability,communication and coordination ability and professional development ability)and 26 secondary indexes were established.Conclusion The training of core competencies for day surgery specialist nurses will play a crucial role in coordinating medical resources,establishing a good doctor-patient relationship,promoting patient safety and rapid rehabilitation.
