摘要
基于公立医院网络舆情特点,结合公立医院近年网络舆情应对机制不健全、监测系统不完善、本质研判不准确、危害弥补不到位等现实困境,运用4R危机管理理论从网络舆情缩减、预备、反应、恢复4个阶段探索公立医院舆情应对策略,为公立医院提高舆情应对能力、建立完善舆情应对体系提供参考。
Based on the features of network public opinion of public hospitals,and given theimperfect reaction mechanism,imperfect monitoring system,inaccurateessence judgment,inadequate remedial measures faced by the public hospitals,it aims to explore measures to deal with network public opinion from the perspectives of public opinion reduction,readiness,reaction and recovery(4 R theory),in order to provide references for public hospitals to improve their ability to cope with public opinion,and to build and upgrade public opinion response system.
