摘要
环锤式碎煤机是一种高效率的破碎机,也是火电厂输煤系统的主要设备之一。如何高效地利用环锤式碎煤机,使碎煤机传动效率最优,是需要考虑的问题。课题组以HCSC6碎煤机为例,采用理论计算及类比经验法,给出了生产率为600 t/h碎煤机配套电动机、液力偶合器、转子轴承的选型设计,为电厂正确、高效使用碎煤机提供了参考。
Ring hammer coal crusher is a kind of high-efficiency crusher,and it is also one of the main equipment of coal conveying system in thermal power plant.How to make efficient use of the ring hammer coal crusher to optimize the transmission efficiency of the coal crusher is a problem that needs to be considered.Taking HCSC6 coal crusher as an example,the research group adopted theoretical calculation and analogy experience method to give the type selection design of motor,hydraulic coupler and rotor bearing for coal crusher with a productivity of 600 t/h,which provided a reference for the correct and efficient use of coal crusher in power plants.
