摘要
该文阐述了德育助理制度的背景、意义和华中科技大学同济医学院基础医学院的德育助理队伍建设情况,并运用管理学常用的SMART原则(具体性、量化性、可及性、相关性、时限性)详细分析了德育助理选拔、考核和反馈的全过程,综合运用一定的统计学方法佐证管理制度的科学性,也从客观上分析了目前德育助理制度实施的成效和局限性。总体来说,基础医学院德育助理的工作,内容明确、可衡量、考核较为科学、整体受众满意度较高,但也存在博士生参与积极性不高等现实问题,对这几年以来的具体实践予以总结,也为接下来的研究提出了新问题和新角度。
This paper expounds the background and significance of the moral education assistant system and the construction of the moral education assistant team in School of Basic Medicine, Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and makes a detailed analysis of the selection and assessment of the moral education assistant by using the SMART principle commonly used in management(specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound). In the whole process of feedback, we use some statistical methods to prove the scientificity of the management system, and also objectively analyze the effectiveness and limitations of the moral education assistant system in the implementation process. Generally speaking, the work content of the moral education assistant in School of Basic Medicine is specific, measurable, scientifically assessed, and the overall audience satisfaction is high. However, there are still some practical problems, such as the low enthusiasm for participation of doctoral students. This paper summarizes the concrete practice in the past year, and also puts forward new problems and new perspectives for the following research.
