新文科思维下民办高等院校应用型教育改革探究

Research on the Application-oriented Education Reform of Private Colleges and Universities under the New Liberal Arts Thinking

新文科背景下我国提出了高等教育强国建设目标,民办高等院校的应用型教育也应提出更高的改革要求。该文在新文科高等教育教学内容综合化、教学方法时代化、培育目标复合化的要求下,对当前民办高等院校应用型教育在办学水平、师资力量、创新能力、人才培养模式这些方面存在的问题进行总结,从新文科发展思维角度提出了改革规划、师资力量培养、创新能力建设、人才培养模式创新、制度保障等对策。

Under the background of new liberal arts, the goal of building a strong country in higher education was put forward, and higher requirements should also be put forward for the the application-oriented education reform of private colleges and universities. Under the requirements of the integration of teaching content, the modernization of teaching methods, and the compounding of training objectives in the new liberal arts higher education, the problems of the current private colleges and universities are summarized in terms of school-running level, teaching staff, innovation ability, and talent training mode, and the countermeasures are put forward in terms of reform planning, teacher training, innovation ability building, talent training mode innovation, and institutional guarantees from the perspective of the thinking of new liberal arts development.
