基于BOPPPS的线上线下混合式教学模式在细胞工程课程中的探索实践 被引量:8

摘要 细胞工程课程作为生物技术专业必修课,要求学生全面熟悉细胞工程基本原理和技术,了解细胞工程相关前沿知识,培养发现问题和解决问题的能力,并树立正确的价值观念和科学思维。针对目前细胞工程传统教学存在的教法单一、学法单一、忽视学生自身感受等问题,该文介绍了基于BOPPPS的线上线下混合式教学模式在细胞工程课程中的探索和实践,比较了混合式教学模式与传统教学模式在课堂实践中的效果,并收集了学生反馈。结果表明:混合式教学的学生认可度比较高,可以有效弥补传统教学的短板,帮助学生更好地熟悉和记忆知识点,显著提升学生考试成绩。 Cell Engineering is a compulsory course for biotechnology majors, which requires students to be fully familiar with the basic principles and technologies, to know the cutting-edge knowledge, to cultivate the ability to discover and solve problems, and to establish correct values and scientific thinking. Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional teaching of Cell Engineering, such as single teaching methods, single learning methods, ignorance of students’ feelings, etc., this paper introduces the exploration and practice of the online and offline mixed teaching mode based on BOPPPS in the Cell Engineering course, and the effects of the blended teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode in classroom practice were compared and the feedback of students was collected. The results show that the mixed teaching mode has high recognition, can effectively make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching, help students better familiarize and memorize knowledge points, and significantly improve students’ test scores.
