摘要
协同治理机制契合了职业价值观激励的内在要求,是从全新的视角开展职业价值观激励的必然要求。维度结构的复合性、参与主体的多元性、目标需求的差异性、实践行为的互动性作为职业价值观的四重基本属性,揭示了协同治理在职业价值观激励领域的基本内涵和运作逻辑。文章从协同治理与职业价值观激励内在的契合机理入手,运用问卷调查验证了以上机理。研究表明:高校领导干部职业价值观有其复杂的维度结构。在此基础上探析了高校领导干部职业价值观四重属性之间的影响与作用机制,提出了高校领导干部职业价值观激励的协同理念和路径。
Cooperative governance corresponds to the intrinsic requirements for the motivation of work values.It is also an inevitable requirement for the motivation of work values from a totally new perspective.As the four basic attributes of work values,the compound dimensional structure,diversification of participants,differentiation of target needs and the interaction of practical action,reveal the basic connotation and operation logic of cooperative governance mechanism in the motivation of work values.Based on the internal mechanism of collaborative governance and professional value incentives,this article utilizes questionnaires and verifies the above mechanism.Research has shown that the professional values of university leaders have a complex dimensional structure.On this basis,this research explores the influence and mechanism between the four attributes of university leaders’professional values,and puts forward the concept of cooperative governance and paths for professional value incentives.
