产教融合共同体的构建与实践

Construction and Practice of Community of Integrating Vocational Education with Industry

产教融合共同体是职业教育与产业深度合作的产物,对新时代职业教育创新发展至关重要。按照参与主体之间合作的紧密程度,产教融合共同体基本架构由校企合作核心层、行业产业汇聚中间层和政府支持最外层三部分组成。通过资源配置机制、治理机制和育人机制,构建产教融合共同体的运行机制,使教育端社会效益最大化,产业端企业经济利益最大化,政府端实现促进经济社会发展目标三者有效融合成为现实。以S职业学院产教融合共同体建设的实践为例,构建了基于情感和利益双逻辑、内生血缘性和生产持续性双特征的产教融合共同体基本架构,通过创新资源配置机制、治理机制和育人机制,实现了产教融合共同体的协同发展。

The community of integrating vocational education with industry is an outcome of the deep collaboration between vocational education and the industrial sector, which plays an important role in vocational education innovative development in the new era. According to the cooperation closeness degree among participants, the base configuration of the community of integrating vocational education with industry could be formed into three layers: the core layer of cooperation between enterprises and colleges, the middle layer of industry cluster and the outermost layer of governmental support. Through the resource allocation mechanism, governance mechanism and educating mechanism, the operation mechanism of the community of integrating vocational education with industry is constructed. So that the effective integration of the social benefits at the education end, the economic benefits of enterprises at the industry end and the government end to achieve the goal of promoting economic and social development becomes a reality. The construction practice from the "S" vocational college exemplifies the practical path via the innovations in resource allocation mechanism, governance mechanism and educating mechanism. The basic architecture of the community of integrating vocational education with industry is constructed, based on emotional and interest logic, and characteristics with related-endogeny and production continuity.
