职业启蒙教育服务“双减”的价值分析、实践路径与保障机制 被引量:3

摘要 实施“双减”政策是优化教育结构、提高教育质量、促进教育公平的有力举措。融通普通教育与职业教育开展职业启蒙教育,既是中小学校“所需”,也是职业院校“能为”,还能将“双减”政策落到实处。职业启蒙教育可以充当有效载体服务“双减”,提升课后服务质量,在国家层面,助力系列政策落到实处;在社会层面,缓解全民教育焦虑,助推资源均衡分配,促进社会公平;在个人层面,以回归教育本质促进人的全面发展。为此,国家需要加强课程体系设计、筑牢实施基础、优化师资队伍推动职业启蒙教育服务“双减”有效实施,并建立联动机制、健全投入机制、增强动力机制保障职业启蒙教育的可持续长效发展。 The implementation of the "double reduction" policy is a robust measure to optimize the structure of education, improve the quality of education, and promote educational equity. The integration of general education and vocational education to develop vocational enlightenment education is not only what primary and secondary schools "need", but also what vocational colleges "can" do. Moreover, it can also put the "double reduction" policy into practice. Vocational enlightenment education can serve as an effective carrier for the "double reduction" and improve the quality of after-school services. To this end, the state needs to strengthen the design of the curriculum system, build a solid foundation for implementation, and optimize the teaching staff to promote the effective implementation of the "double reduction" of vocational enlightenment education services. In addition, it should establish a linkage mechanism, improve the investment mechanism, and enhance the motivation mechanism to ensure the sustainable and long-term development of vocational enlightenment education.
