摘要
针对步进电机驱动原理及实现方式展开分析,讨论了基于数字信号处理(Digital Signal Processing,DSP)的步进电机控制系统设计要点,包括外围电路设计、逻辑综合电路设计、数模转换电路设计、功率驱动电路设计、过流保护电路设计、DSP控制系统设计以及检测电路设计等,并且组建相应的仿真实验来验证系统性能,从而积累相应的设计经验,提高系统工作状态的稳定性。
Based on the analysis of the driving principle and implementation method of the stepping motor,the design points of the stepping motor control system based on Digital Signal Processing(DSP)are discussed,including peripheral circuit design,logic synthesis circuit design,Digital to Analog(DA)conversion circuit design,power drive circuit design,overcurrent protection circuit design,DSP control system design and detection circuit design,etc.,and set up corresponding simulation experiments to verify the system performance,so as to accumulate corresponding design experience and improve the stability of the system working state.
