摘要
研究了一种基于窄带物联网(Narrow Band Internet of Things,NB-IoT)的压敏报警系统,利用高精度数字压力表监测制冷系统压力最敏感点的压力,并通过窄带物联网将压力数据上传至云服务器,在云服务器上进行数据展示并设置报警阈值。当遇到爆管等事故造成压力急剧变化时,系统会产生报警,以便快速进行故障的应急处置,助力高效运维和安全生产。
A pressure-sensitive alarm system based on Narrow Band Internet of Things(NB-IoT)is studied.The pressure at the most sensitive point of the refrigeration system is monitored by a high-precision digital pressure gauge,and the pressure data is uploaded through the NB-IoT.Go to the cloud server,display data and set alarm thresholds on the cloud server.When an accident such as a pipe burst causes a rapid change in pressure,the system will generate an alarm to facilitate rapid emergency response to failures,and facilitate efficient operation and maintenance and safe production.
