水电站智能化通信运维的应用与思考

摘要 水电站作为水能到电能转换的水利枢纽,项目建设与管理覆盖了诸多内容,而且也逐渐提高了智能化通信运维的要求。分析水电站智能化通信运维的实践,首先介绍水电站智能化通信运维的内容,明确通信运维的基本项目与工作;其次阐述了水电站智能化通信运维设计,分析设计通信运维的各个组成部分与方案;最后总结目前在通信运维方面需要解决的一些问题,提出应用信息与通信技术、通信数据处理、通信监视移动端研发、构建三维可视化模型以及提出多元化通信运维管理措施5点建议。通过智能化通信运维的分析,希望进一步提高水电站通信运维水平,加强水电站管理、通信的智能化和信息化建设。 The construction and management of the hydropower station,as a water control hub for the conversion of water energy to electric energy,cover a lot of contents,and also gradually improve the requirements of intelligent communication operation and maintenance.Analysis of hydropower station,the practice of the intelligent communication operations,first introduced the content of the hydropower station,intelligent communication operations,clear communication basic projects and operational work,secondly elaborated hydropower station intelligent communication operational design,analysis and design communication scheme and operations of each component,and finally summarized in the aspect of communications operations are required to solve some problems,This paper puts forward five suggestions on the application of information and communication technology,communication data processing,mobile terminal research and development of communication monitoring,construction of three-dimensional visualization model,and diversified communication operation and maintenance management measures.Through the analysis of intelligent communication operation and maintenance,we hope to further improve the level of communication operation and maintenance of hydropower stations and strengthen the intelligent and information management and communication of hydropower stations.
