应用ISO 2631-1与ISO 2631-5评估某军用越野汽车振动水平 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究不同路面对乘员健康的影响以及ISO 2631-1和ISO 2631-5评价方法对不同道路类型的适应性,对不同路面振动水平的差异性和单一路面对整体组合路段的贡献度进行分析。以某军用越野汽车为研究对象,按照ISO 2631-1和ISO 2631-5的试验方法,在定远汽车试验场的典型测试路面条件下进行乘员振动试验。试验结果显示,部分路段的振动水平均超过2种标准中相关最高限值,表明这些试验路段可能会对驾乘人员的健康产生不良影响。同时,水平与侧向振动对于人体的影响也应该引起重视。 In order to study the influence of different roads on occupant health and the adaptability of ISO 2631-1 and ISO 2631-5 evaluation methods to different roads,the difference of pavement vibration levels and the contribution of a single road to an overall combined section are analyzed.Taking a military off-road vehicle as the research object,in accordance with the test methods of ISO 2631-1 and ISO 2631-5,these occupant vibration testes are carried out under typical test road conditions of Dingyuan Automobile Proving Ground.The test results show that the vibration levels of some road sections exceed the maximum limit of the relevant standards in the two standards,indicating that these test sections are very likely to have adverse effects on the health of drivers and passengers.The impact of horizontal and lateral vibrations on the human body should also be paid attention to.
