白细胞介素与深静脉血栓形成关系的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的发生机制复杂,多发生于下肢,若诊断不及时而影响治疗,下肢深静脉内的血栓栓子脱落后会随着血液循环到达肺动脉,引起肺动脉栓塞,而大面积肺动脉栓塞可导致患者临床死亡。白细胞介素(IL)是一种多效性促炎细胞因子,几乎可以由所有类型细胞产生,包括单核细胞、活化的巨噬细胞和内皮细胞,可以调节多种类型细胞释放的细胞因子和炎症因子,在DVT的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要作用。近年来,关于IL在DVT发生中的作用机制及DVT与IL之间关系的研究越来越多,能否依据患者的临床症状及通过对IL水平的检测诊断DVT也将是未来该学科领域的研究热点,因此,本文对与DVT有关的各类IL的研究进展进行综述。 The mechanism of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)is complex,mostly occurs in the lower limbs,if the diagnosis does not affect the treatment in time,the thrombotic embolism in the deep veins of the lower limbs falls off with the blood circulation to the pulmonary arteries,causing pulmonary artery embolism,and large area pulmonary embolism can lead to clinical death of patients.Interleukin(IL)is pleiotropic pro-inflammatory cytokines,which can be produced by all types of cells including mononuclear cells,activated macrophages and endothelial cells,and interleukins can regulate cytokines and inflammatory factors released by many types of cells and affect the pathogenesis and development of DVT.In recent years,increasing studies were devoted on the IL role in DVT development and the relationship between DVT and IL.The diagnosis of DVT based on clinical symptoms and IL detection will become the future hotpot in this field.Therefore,this article reviews the researches on the ILs of various types related with DVT.
