果实成熟后要及时和合理的采收,因为它对于果品当年和来年的产量、品质以及果品的贮运加工和市场供应关系极大。为此,果实在采收时特别注意几个关键点:即适期采收、做好工具准备和人员分工、分期采收、选好天气、采取正确的采果方法。采果后还要注重采后着色、喷淋去除有毒残留、预冷处理、分级包装贮运。

Fruit should be timely and reasonable harvest after ripening,because it has a great relationship with the yield and quality of fruit in that year and next year,as well as the storage,transportation,processing and market supply of fruit.Therefore,we should pay special attention to the following key points in fruit harvesting:harvesting at appropriate time,preparing tools and division of labor,harvesting by stages,selecting good weather and adopting correct methods of fruit harvesting.After picking fruit,notice even after picking coloring,gush purify toxic residue,pre-cold treatment,grading packaging storage and transportation.
