沾化冬枣是我国最具特色的鲜食果品之一。随着经济社会的发展,沾化冬枣产业既迎来市场需求不断扩大等机遇,也面临品质下降和竞争日趋激烈等内外各方面的问题和压力。为了抓住机遇,解决问题,实现转型升级以保证沾化冬枣产业健康可持续发展而开展本研究。通过深入田间、农户和相关经营主体开展调查研究,分析了沾化冬枣产业的发展方向和出路,详细阐述了沾化冬枣的产业状况,指出了存在的问题及其成因,并从技术、信息和市场等方面提出了发展的对策与建议,以便为沾化冬枣产业的高质量发展提供思路和策略。

Zhanhua winter jujube is one of the most distinctive fresh fruits in China.With the development of economy and society,it is facing unprecedented opportunities such as expanding market demand and the problems such as declining quality and competitive competition.In order to seize the opportunity,solve the problem,and achieve transformation and upgrading to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of Zhanhua jujube industry,this study was carried out.Through the investigation and research,the development were analyzed,the existing problems and their causes were pointed out,and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of technique,information and market,so as to provide ideas and strategies for the high quality development of Zhanhua winter jujube.
