由傅山辨治不孕症探析其学术思想及辨治特色

Analysis of Fu Shan’s Academic Thoughts and Characteristics of Syndrome Differentiation from His Treatment of Infertility

通过对《傅青主女科·种子》(以下简称“种子篇”)的结构与内容进行分析,研究傅山辨证论治特色及其学术思想特色。傅山继承并发展了中医学燮理阴阳、五行生克等学说,在“种子篇”中用以阐释不孕症的病因病机、治法方药等诸方面内容,将“治病求本”“扶正祛邪”“致中求和”的诊疗思想进行了深入全面、灵活生动的发挥。全篇贯穿傅氏“经世济用”的哲学观念,论述鞭辟入里、言简意深,强调“种子”之要在于调整阴阳平衡、重视脏腑五行属性的生克变化,在治病求本、扶正祛邪的治疗原则下制方用药,实现了中医学理论与医疗实践的高度统一,其“种子”思想促进了不孕症乃至中医妇科学学科理论的发展与完善。

By analyzing the structure and content of Fu Qing Zhu NüKe·Zhong Zi(hereinafter referred to as Zhong Zi Pian),the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment and Fushan's academic thoughts were studied.Fu Shan inherited and developed the theories of yin and yang and five elements in TCM.In the Zhong Zi Pian,Fu Shan explained the contents of infertility from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,treatment methods and prescriptions,etc.He gave full and flexible play to the diagnosis and treatment ideas of“seeking the root of disease”,“strengthening the healthy and eliminating pathogenic factors”,and“seeking balance and harmony”.Fu’s philosophical concept of“serve the country and help the people”runs through the whole chapter,and the discussion is thorough,concise and meaningful.The main point of emphasizing the“Zhong Zi”(promoting conception)is to adjust the balance of yin and yang,pay attention to the attributes of the zang-fu organs and the five elements and the changes in their mutual generation and restraint.Prescriptions and medicines are formulated under the principle of treating diseases by seeking the root of the disease,strengthening the healthy and eliminating pathogenic factors,and realizing a high degree of unity between the theory of TCM and medical practice.The“Zhong Zi”thought could promote the development and improvement of infertility and even the theory of TCM gynecology.
