探讨PDCA循环模式在中医护理管理中的应用价值

Application Value of PDCA Cycle Mode in Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Management

目的:探讨PDCA循环模式在中医护理管理中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年9月—2020年9月河南省职工医院200例住院>3 d且接受中医护理的患者作为研究对象,按在中医护理管理中采用PDCA循环模式实施前后分为实施前组和实施后组,每组各100例,比较PDCA模式实施前后护患关系改善状况,并对护理人员工作情况进行观察。结果:PDCA循环模式实施后与实施前比较,护患纠纷发生率明显下降,病历书写不合格率明显减少,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.865、16.547,P<0.05)。PDCA循环模式实施后,患者对护理人员服务态度、护理质量、护理效果、健康教育评分分别为(23.88±0.72)分、(24.15±0.61)分、(23.73±0.59)分、(24.00±0.81)分,高于实施前的(21.39±1.53)分、(22.81±1.40)分、(22.37±1.58)分、(23.19±1.04)分,差异有统计学意义(t=14.725、8.775、8.064、6.145,P<0.05)。PDCA循环模式实施后,护理人员的理论提问、病情评估、操作技能、健康教育评分分别为(23.87±0.82)分、(23.91±0.85)分、(24.00±0.76)分、(23.25±0.81)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.991、9.702、9.840、7.203,P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环模式应用于中医护理管理中能够提高护理人员专业水平,有助于构建良好的护患关系。

Objective:To explore the application value of PDCA circulation mode in TCM nursing management.Methods:From September 2019 to September 2020,200 patients who were hospitalized for>3 d and received TCM nursing were selected as the research objects.According to the implementation of the PDCA cycle model in traditional Chinese medicine nursing manage⁃ment,the patients were divided into pre-implementation group and post-implementation group,with 100 cases in each group.The improvement of nurse-patient relationship before and after the implementation of PDCA model was compared,and the working con⁃ditions of nurses were observed.Results:Compared with before the implementation of the PDCA cycle model,the incidence of nurse-patient disputes was significantly reduced,and the unqualified rate of medical record writing was significantly reduced,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.865,16.547,P<0.05).After the implementation,the scores of patients’attitude towards nursing staff,nursing quality,nursing effect,and health education were(23.88±0.72),(24.15±0.61),(23.73±0.59),and(24.00±0.81)points,higher than(21.39±1.53),(22.81±1.40),(22.37±1.58),and(23.19±1.04)points before implementation,the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(t=14.725,8.775,8.064,6.145,P<0.05).After the implementation,the nursing staff’s scores for theoretical questioning,condition assessment,operational skills,and health education were(23.87±0.82),(23.91±0.85),(24.00±0.76),and(23.25±0.81)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.991,9.702,9.840,7.203,P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion:The application of PDCA cycle model in traditional Chinese medicine nursing management can improve the professional level of nursing staff and help to build a good nurse-patient relationship.
