摘要
明确国内外文献中按摩疗法(Massage Therapy,MT)对姑息治疗的儿科恶性肿瘤患者的应用价值,为临床医护人员实施综合性干预减轻姑息治疗患儿癌性疼痛提供参考。在中英文数据库中以按摩疗法、姑息治疗、儿科等主题词检索文献,中文数据库选择中国知网、万方和维普数据库;英文数据库选择Pubmed和Web of Science数据库。确立明确的纳排标准,将最终纳入的46篇论文整合撰写成文,再根据作者、所属机构、关键词等信息整合生成并形成可视化图谱。国内以按摩疗法作为儿科姑息治疗手段的研究相对较少,可视化图谱显示该领域有7位核心作者;关键词、题目及摘要词汇多围绕着患儿树立死亡观念、回归教育及治疗间期适应社会生活等主题。按摩疗法能够缓解恶性肿瘤患儿的癌性疼痛、焦虑及乏力等不良症状,肿瘤儿科护理人员应充分重视患儿在院外治疗间期的适应性。
To clarify literature at home and abroad about the massage therapy(MT)applied to palliativetreatment of pediatric patients with malignant tumors and provided a reference for clinical medical staff to implement comprehensive intervention to reduce cancer pain in palliative treatment of children.The literature was searched in the Chinese and English databases with the main titles of Massage Therapy,palliative treatment and pediatrics.The Chinese databases were selected from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases.PubMed and web of science databases are selected as English databases.The 46 papers finally included were integraed and a visual map were generated according to the author,affiliated institutions,keywords and other information.There are relatively few studies on massage therapy as a means of pediatric palliative treatment in China.The visualization map shows that there are 7 core authors in this field.Keywords,title and abstract vocabulary mostly focus on children's establishment of the concept of death,return to education and adaptation to social life during treatment.Massage therapy can alleviate the cancer pain,anxiety,fatigue and other adverse symptoms of children with malignant tumors.Pediatric oncology nurses should pay full attention to the adaptability of children in the out of hospital treatment interval.
